Ronald (Ron) Hickland, Jr is the Director of Product Design Engineering at Ebonite International where he designs all performance bowling balls for 60 percent of the world’s supply of bowling balls. He is passionate about sharing his story, specifically about how STEM opportunities created his success. In 2012, he was featured on the cover of Black Enterprise Magazine.
